The Application packet consists of
- Family Application for Admission
- Student Application for Admission
- Student Record Release Form
- High School Application (to be included with Student Application)
The Family Application for Admission asks that you read the StoneBridge Statement of Faith.
For your application to be complete, the top three forms above (four forms for H.S. applicants) must be received in the Admissions Office along with a nonrefundable application fee of $100.00. Upon notification that your child has been selected for testing, an additional $125.00 is due. Please note that a separate student application is required for each student applying for admission.
