Early education

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten

StoneBridge Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs prepare your early learner for academic readiness in a nurturing and Christ-centered environment. Your child “learns by doing” as he or she is encouraged to explore, experiment, imitate, and ask questions.

Discipleship

A distinctly biblical education begins early. Education is like a building—the most important part is the foundation. StoneBridge is committed to nurturing your child’s individuality, character, spiritual formation, and academic readiness from the earliest age.

Academics

Our Early Ed program introduces our students to vital academic skill sets to ensure a smooth transition to our rigorous curriculum in Kindergarten. With an emphasis on early reading and daily schedules that mirror our elementary students, we give our youngest students exciting opportunities to learn and grow!

Approach

StoneBridge’s Early Education program takes a holistic approach, focusing on center-based learning that allows children to explore, experiment and grow into who God has created them to be. Phonetic concepts and awareness are introduced at this stage to build reading readiness and prepare young students for academic success as they enter Kindergarten.

Every child is unique, with unique aptitudes, readiness, and circumstances. Our teachers work in tandem with parents to empower young learners to be successful. “I had the privilege of attending StoneBridge from kindergarten until i graduated as a senior in 2006. StoneBridge was and still is a very special place. There are many aspects of the school that helped put my worry at ease when deciding that this is where we were going to send our children. The biggest deciding factor was seeing first hand how the teachers and administrators focus on the principle of individuality with each and every student. Each child is so much more than a number, they are cherished and loved and they celebrate their successes and work diligently at helping them overcome academic challenges. As a parent, knowing my children are loved, protected and prayed for, while also receiving an impressive education is of upmost importance and we are so blessed to have found StoneBridge, again.”
